Welcome to the first WWK BootieCamp Challenge!

For four (4) weeks we will challenge ourselves to be healthier, stronger, disciplined and supportive.

This BootieCamp will include 8 workout sessions, 4 personal training sessions, goal setting, cardio and meal plans.
